During a routine trip to Facebook, we found someone trying to use a logo I had designed for another business! Nightmare, right?

A discovery like that could have sent us into a total panic. However, we had ways of proving that the logo was originated by us (some time ago might I add!) and we had the right to demand that the other party take their ‘version’ offline.
